windows media center failure

could anybody help me?
Evry time I start my computer a pop-up window appears informing me that
windows media center storage manager has failed to start because mscoree.dll
was not found and windows will close the program.how can I reinstall it to
fix this problem?and form where can I get it?

Reinstall the .NET Framework.

Dear S.Sengupta
thank you very much for your suggestion, but in fact I have been trying to
install it with differnt ways without any success ,this is beside my windows
update failuer to install any update, I need help to do this.I am afraid of
may be windows vista sp1 causes all these crashes.
