I am using both a monitor (hooked up to VGA port on GF 6200) and a TV
(connected to S-Video on GF6200).  Whenever I try to play a recorded show
when using both displays, I get a decoder error.  I got the latest decoder
from Nvidia to try to fix the problem, but I'm still getting an error.  I do
not get this error when I only use my monitor.  Can I use a TV as a second
display on the same video card and play recorded shows in Media Center, or do
I need to just use my monitor?

In general the answer is yes, I cannot speak for your specific card I have a
9800 GX2 and it works with dual DVI, and the Cyberlink decoder.  Try
disconnecting the S-Video cable when you are using both monitors.  Do you get
the same error if you playback your video in Media Player when you have both
monitors connected?

Have you tried using the lastest video driver?  Are you using XP MCE or
Vista MC?
If you are using Vista try using the built in decoder.

I'm using XP MCE 2005, and the S-video is my second video connection, so if I
disconnect it, I will only have one monitor connected.  The TV using the
S-video connection is my second monitor, so to speak.

You are probably running the monitor at too high a resolution to support the
S-Video connection.
Lower your desktop resolution to 800x600.  If that works try upping it to
1024x768.
I assume you are running MCE2005 since you are running the NVIDIA XP
decoder, is that correct?

Yes, I am using Windows XP MCE 2005.
