When I try to pull up 'task manager', I get a warning that the
'administrator' has resticted access. I have the administrator level. Where
do I find the controls for task manager to make it accessible again? When I
right click on the tool bar, 'task manager' is not shaded or accessible.

Alternatively, click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Syst=
em

Look in the right pane for a value called DisableTaskMgr. If it exists, =
it should be set to 0 (zero). If not, double click it and set it to 0. =
If it doesn't exist, right click in a blank area of the right pane and =
select New, DWord value. Name it DisableTaskMgr and leave it set at 0.

You also need to ensure that your antivirus/antispyware programs are up =
to date, and rescan your system.
