It's was working ok before (2-3 weeks ago). Now whenever I click on it, it
sends the message: 'Decoder in Use' and suggests to exit all programs and
re-start, it doesn't work! I have read every article on the internet on this
topic and implemented the suggestions given, in particular, I have:
1) Updated Win XP (KB932823-v3)
2) Installed Win Media Player 11.
3) Installed MS .NET framework 2.0
4) Checked video decoder compatibility (I'm using Intervideo WinDVD 7)
5) Downloaded and re-installed the driver for my TV card (hauppauge WinTV-PVR)
Nothing work! Please help! It's driving me crazy! Thanks.

Dear S. Sengupta,
Thanks a lot for your reply. The answer to your question is YES, I can even
play old recorded TV programs (recorded before this problem showed its ugly
face), can watch DVDs too, but I cannot watch live TV. I dont' understand why!
Have you got any suggestion to overcome this problem?
Thanks again,
Augusto
The problem lies with the TV tuner card driver.
I shall suggest you to update the driver.Visit the manufacturer's site to
download and install the latest compatible driver.
