I turned off my computer in the middle of Windows Automatic Updates and now
my whole system has crashed and won't restart. When I turn the computer on,
it starts up, I put in my password, it shows the picture on the desktop but
no icons or start menu or task bar. An error message pops up saying
"Explorer.exe - Application Error. The application failed to initialize
properly (0xc015002). Click on ok to terminate the application." When I
click
ok, nothing happens. It just stays on the desktop picture and I can't do
anything. I have tried hitting Delete several times when it goes to the
Dell
screen when I turn it on and tried pressing F9 to restore. Nothing happens.
Please help!
