I am having some issues after down loading IE7 so I would like to completly
remove it and also the SP2. I have a disc for the SP2 to re-install but I
would need to go on line to get the IE. What is the best and thorough way to
do this?

Personally I would repost to one of the IE groups as this is not a Media
Center question.
They may be able to fix your problems without the need for uninstalling or
reinstalling anything.
