Yahoo.com won't load!

  Every other website that exsists will load except when I goto the yahoo.com
home page, I get an Error 404.  I can load yahoo mail (http://mail.yahoo.com )
or other sub webs but not www.yahoo.com.   This occurs when I use IE 6.0,
NEtscape 8.0 or Forefox so it is not a specific browser.  I have Windows XP
SP2 on a Dell Inspiron P4 Laptop.  I do not have a firewall installed or any
kind of blocking software.  Why is yahoo.com only blocked and how do I fix
this??

 I may be missing something but being unable to load Yahoo is a BAD thing?
