  Hi,

I am using XBOX as my media center extender. When I go to the More Programs
menu item on the TV through XBOX I don't see any programs listed yet I can
see programs while sitting at the Media Center PC within More Programs. On
the Extender it tells me "There are no program files in this folder. Programs
must be displayed in your Start menu folder to be used in Media Center". I
have reinstalled the media center extender already when I received the
updated Media Center Extender software version 1.01 from Microsoft.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

More programs that are run as a Hosted HTML application can be run on Extender
devices.  Exectuable programs, such as Create CD/DVD can't.

Thank you for your response, however, I know that already. But why isn't
messenger 7.5 or anything else listed there? As it stands now, I see nothing
listed. I should at least see an application listed. Anyone have any ideas?
Currently, I have Windows Messenger 7.5, Playlist editor for MCE, TweakMCE
and Solitaire for MCE listed on the PC. I see none on the Extender.

The apps you listed aren't showed on the XBox Media Center Extender because
they are not hosted HTML apps.
