My O/S system is acting up after removing a port monitoring system from AT&T
my DSL provider. Some of the icons in the try were removed , and IE explorer
7 is now acting up when 2 or more Adobe PDF files are open and closed, I get
a non responding box. I also lost the ability to regulate my battery setting
on this laptop. I think the easiest solution is to just back up file and
stick in the recovery Cd.
Is it advisable to install SP 2 and SP 3 directly one after another or
shoould I do MS updates in between ? Is there a limit to how many times
Office can be installed? It would be my 3rd, since I had to change my hard
drive last year.
Any help would be appreciated, Im uneasy when it comes to software
installations etc.
