I just visited the Windows Update site, and it recommended I download SP3,
which I was happy to do. Immediately I get a window telling me that the
installation failed. I tried this two different times, both with the same
result. I managed to find an error code, 0x80200010, on some link. I have
tried pasting this error code in every Microsoft (and beyond!) search I could
find, and none returned any results. My computer is a 2001 home-built with
an AMD Athlon processor (1 GHz, I think). I've got 1/2 Gig of memory. Not
sure what else you'd need to know--oh yes, I'm running XP SP2. I just
succeeded in downloading and installing IE7, thanks to "Taurarian" . Please
help me!
