Windows Installer Clean-Up

  I recently downloaded this clean-up device, and I don't need it anymore. So,
I go to download it, and it says something about me possibly not being able
to use some things such as Norton if I remove this program. Is this true? And
if it does disallow the use, can I just restore and make it all back to
normal, like I never uninstalled the clean-up device? Thanks!
