Which Tuners that are Microsoft Media Center 2005 compatible also support
Closed Captions in the USA?
I made the mistake of purchasing a Kworld ATSC 110 Tuner card.
Needless to say, it is not MCE 2005 compatible (Kworld claims it is), It
does work in MCE 2005 using the BeyondTV 4 software, but not in Media Center
(No tuner found).
Please give me a list of tuners that work in MCE 2005 and support Closed
Captions.
I can find the Hardware list on Microsoft's web site, but the details are
missing as to just what each card supports.

Interfaces that work in my Computer are PCI (I have two PCI connectors on
MB), PCI Express x1 and x16, and USB 2.0.

The Hauppauge PVR-150/250/500 cards and the ATI 550 definitely are.

Thank you, Doug, any others that support closed captions?
I was hoping the PVR-500 worked, as I would like a dual tuner.

As Doug stated in his message, CC on the Hauppauge PVR500 should work. Are
you finding that it doesn't?

I have not tried the PVR500 yet, I am trying to find out which tuners work
before buying another tuner.
I do want Closed Caption support.
