I have two machines running Vista Ultimate 1 Desktop HTPC and 1 Laptop. The
desktop Media Center is fully configured and runs fine. On the desktop I
have several shared folders with Recorded TV and 1 shared folder that
contains DVDs. I would like to configure the Laptop (which has no TV tuners)
to uses the desktop HTPC's Recorded TV folders.
On the Laptop I am able to add the shared folders to Media Center but My
Recorded videos display in the Videos gallery section rather than under
Recorded TV. I don't like this becase the Series grouping does not seem to
work. Does anybody know what registry keys I need to setup so that the
Recorded TV and My DVD folders that are shared will look that same as they do
on my desktop.
Thanks
