If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Went through system recovery to bring back factory settings and went through
all of the setup fine. on the final step when I clicked "finish" the computer
froze. The mouse is movable but nothing is clickable and the recovery isn't
completeing through to the desktop. I have restarted the computer but it just
goes straight back to that screen and I click Finish again it is freezes
again....

Do you get any error message?More information needed regarding your machine.

I shall suggest you to unplug any external devices, such as USB
printers, cameras or scanners. These devices could interfere with the
recovery process.
