Starhub Digital Cable Set Top Box support (ADB 3000)

Scoured the net for months to gather this piece of vital information.

The Starhub STB remote controller is a dual frequency remote system, ie

MCE2005 will not correctly identify the Starhub STB's (rebranded ADB 3000)
remote as most learning remote/IR blaster is based on single frequency
system. Must enable "LEARN from remote" in MCE2005.

To make MCE2005 learn to change channel properly, only point the remote on
the 1st (to learn) and 3rd press (to confirm). Cover the 2nd press with your
palm or point the remote away from the IR blaster.
