Re-instalaltion of XP Media Centre edition 2005 with recovery cons

Hi All;
I have Window XP Media centre installed on HP pavilion
Pentium D 2.8 GHZ System. Yesterday my OS was not working. Si i went to
recovery panel and re-installed the OS.

I did not loose any data after my re-installation. But none of my previously
installed softwares and applications are opening now. even though they are
present in the start menu. I want to inform here that previously i have moved
Program files folder to my D: drive(Logical) by editing regedit and My
documents folder to E: drive(Logical) by editing target folder.But after
re-installation is over both the program files and My documents folder are
present in default C: drive. But now i am seeing old My document folder is
now in D: drive and program files folder in E: drive rather than E and D
drive respectively.

Please let me know whether i have to re-install all my softwares and
applications again. Even i am unable to see my old files which were there in
my old my documents folder. but i am serching them using search utility then
i am able to see them. Even i am unable to open word,excel and Zip files.Even
my Broadband internet connections not working.

Please let me know whether i have re-install all my software and
applications or by simply moving the program files folder and My documents to
there previous location it will work?

Please help me out.

As you have re-installed MCE,so all the registry references to them are
lost,so you have to re-install those programs anyway.
