Playing Recorded TV in WMP10

  Hi,

When I play dvr-ms files in Media Center I can fast forward and rewind with
no problems. When I play dvr-ms files in Windows Media Player 10, I can not
fast forward or rewind.(using the slider)
If I play the dvr-ms file on my laptop I can fast forward and rewind with no
problem.
Anyone have any idea as how to fix this problem?

I have had to add other codecs to my Media Center computer to play dvix and
other file formats.
