Playback of .mp4 not quite right in MCE but OK in WMP10

  Hello Group,

I have a colloction of videos in nero .mp4 format that I can playback with
no problem in wmp10 and other programs but in MCE the video plays with what
looks like a sifted and ghosted red and blue video image overlay. It's like
the rgb of the video images is rendering on three differnt sections of the
screen.

Is there a way to force MCE to use the same codecs that WMP10 is using for
.mp4 video playback?
