I have a few questions about the Performance Monitor counters.
1. What's the difference between threads in objects(Performance Object),
Threads in System adn ThreadCount in Process ?
2. What is the use of ICMP Performance Object, I tried to ping another
computer and the ICMP performance counters didn't supply any indication about
it.
3. Does the performance monitor give indication if didn't successed to get
the information in tme ?
4. Are there any additional performance objects that can be downloaded ?
I'm looking for a certain object that maps API activities.

About the windows XP.
where can I disable the caching ?

Thanks,
Clint

You might be better off posting these questions in another newsgroup, either
an XP newsgroup or a developer newsgroup. Unfortunately I have no idea which
one would be best...
