Microsoft keyboard 1000 failed installation

 

I  purchased MIcrosoft optical keyboard and mouse edition 100.

The cd software disc stopped during installation with error 1603.
Previous installed ver for keyboard and mouse combo is 5.2 for the oler 1000
edition. I run windows xp and sp2.

Need help plz lol

 

Not a Media Center related question, as you just purchased the product call
the included support number or repost to public.mshardware.product.
