MCE and digital cable

after setting up my tuner, MCE will only give me channels 2-13. I cannot get
any other channels, such as espn, even though the guide shows them to be
there. When I switch to that channel, all iget is snow. I have comcast
digital, and I have tried two different tuners. anyone know what is going on
here or if there is a workaround?

You need to make sure that you have the latest tuners from your tuner
vendors Web site installed.
Many cable companies use slightly different frequencies for UHF channels
then OTA UHF channels do and this is causing the problem you are seing.

You said you have Comcast Digital, do you have a digital tuner that supports
Clear QAM?

It is helpful when posting a question to provide some information about your
system (particularly the tuner) and OS version, etc.
