This is my first attempt at building an MCE 2005 system. I have gotten
through most of it. I have not been able to get the guide to download. I get
a Code 13 error.
I am running behind a ISA 2000 proxy server. I did join the MCE PC to the
domain when I installed it last time.
The date and time are correct. I can browse the internet and if I browse to
zap2it.com the guides there work.
Any help would be appreciated.

I got this error code today to. It had nothing to do with my PC. It was
the Time Warner Server. I waited a couple of hours and was able to download
guide with no problem.
