I haved tried almost everything and no type of video will play in Media
Center, they will play in Windows Media Player, Realplayer, Quicktime etc.

I have even installed the RECOMMENDED NVIDIA DECODER/ENCODER & CODEC.
This did not help at all, i even tried ATI CATALYST Which was recommended
for my system.

My cpu spec.

Sony Vaio PCG-FR315B
Intel Pentuim Celeron (R)
256 MB DDR RAM
ATI RADEON VIDEO CARD
Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005
SOUNDMAX DIGITAL AUIDO CARD

Current Dvd Player: PowerDvd
Installed Codecs: DIVX, DVIX, WMP 9 Codecs.
Previous Codecs (that didn't work): ACE MEGA CODECS/NVIDIA & ATI CATALYST

Music, Pictures, Messgenger all work fine but this video problem is a real
pain!

Have you run the Decoder Check utility from Microsoft? It's at:

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/portablemediacenter/decoder.mspx

You might also take a look at the MyMovies plugin: http://www.mymovies.name/

The utility is not suppose to "do" anything other than tell you if you what
decoders are installed and if an MCE compatible one is being used.

Did the utility say that you have a MCE compatible, preferred decoder?

When you say anykind of Video does that include Live TV, Recorded TV, and
DVDs?
The user guide for the NVIDIA Decoder which is on the same download page as
thedecoder has quite a few pages devoted to how to configure different audio
options.
