Error C00d11b1 windows media player

 

I cannot play music anymore. little red x's appear and I get error messages
-such the program has encountered a problem.  I had to resore to reload e18
and everything seems to be working except for the media player music and
video.  The music will work in itunes 9  -is there a big conflict there?  Is
there a way to fix this? thank you Els

That would have been useful info to include in your OP then, you mentioned
Media Player and iTunes, you made no mention that you were also having
problems with Media Center, your statement of "everything seems to be
working except for the media player music and video" would indicate a
problem with Media Player, so that group would be the best place to post.
