can anyone suggest the best dual cable tuner card with native vista support?

I'd like one that wont use 70% of my CPU on a Core 2 Duo while i'm watching
tv (my old ATI does this, because i have to use XP drivers in compat
mode...)

any suggestions?

Also, does anyone know of a very quiet hard disk to use in a media center
box? OR alternatively, does anyone know how to make vista stop grinding my
hard disk all the time? I have 4GB of ram in my system, so i dont see how it
would be swapping that much just sitting idle at the desktop...

Is there a way to tell it to use more ram and less swap?

thanks,
Andrew

The PVR 500 is a dual NTSC tuner card if you want a dual tuner card with one
NTSC tuner and one HDTV tuner then you should get the PVR 1600. If you are
using MCE make sure you get the MCE version since it includes the MCE remote
and the MCE IR receiver & blaster and not the Hauppauge WinTV remote.

I dont understand why they would make one with an HDTV tuner if you cant use
it to receive HDTV from cable companies, seems kind of pointless doesnt it?
