My son is having this problems with his side of the desk top computer but my
side seems to be running fine , So what I'm trying to fine out if I delete
him as a account user , and do a fresh clean install of Windows XP Pro, how
would one go about doing a clean install lose all information , then I could
just install (printer, screen ,key borad , mouse , etc ) then only have ONE
user for the whole computer.

Hello,
You do not need to delete his user account if you are performing a clean
install; everything gets deleted anyways and you start from scratch.
However, before you take a drastic step such as a clean install, why dont
you try to troubleshoot the problems that you are having ?
