Hi
Can anyone help please. I have a Hauppauge Nova-T-500 Dual DVB-T tuner card
in my HP Pavilion Comp.
How can I get vista media centre to be able to use a dual tuner, so that I
can record one tv channel and watch another. Or should I use the program
that came with it.I do like media centre although I cannot find where it
stores any recorded tv on my hard drive.
Thanks for any help

Sue

Do you definitely know that Media Center isn't already using the two tuners?
During Media Center
setup you should have been prompted as to whether you wanted to configure both
tuners. Using the two
tuners is quite transparent to the user it just lets you record one channel
while waching another or
record two different channels at the same time.

Hi
Thanks for quick reply.
I have only just put the new tuner in so media centre was already set up.
tried recording last night then changing chanels which would not show only
the one it was recording. Is there somewhere I must go to change this, as I
went althrough the setting in media centre but could not find any reference
to setting up a dual tuner card.

OK. I can't remember off the top of my head the exact menu sequence but it's in
Settings>TV if I
recall.
