Code 20 Error Download Guide on Windows Media Center

Is this the same error as described in here as a Code 21. It sounds like the
same symptoms. Any suggestions?

The work around in your link worked beautifully. Guide is working now. I
guess we will see how long it works until i have this prob again. Thank you
s. Sengupta. I can now fix the whole I put in the dry wall in my office.
This was a very frustrating issue and i have been everywhere looking for a
solution.
