I have a ATI TVWonder Digital TV external USB Tuner and cannot connect to
it. The Device Manager reports a Code 10 problem - has anyone figured out a
solution to this situation?

Download and install the latest driver from the hardware vendor's Web site.
Sometimes the hardware itself may be faulty and generates such device error
code.
