Do not install the latest VIA HYPERION PRO chipset drivers (5.06A).
After installing the latest VIA chipset drivers my MCE TV completely stopped
working. If you are experiencing nothing but Blue on your TV screen, and you
have recently updated to these drivers, you should uninstall them. Your TV
will work just fine after the drivers are removed.
The new AGP version 450C driver that the HYPERION PRO installs is the problem.
VIAs forum has plenty of posts complaining about these drivers. Apparently
they are causing trouble with video on non-MCE computers as well.

UPDATE: VIA has pulled the VIA HYPERION PRO 5.06A chipset drivers from their
download section. They now have 5.04A as the latest available.
IMPORTANT: If you are still experiencing a blue screen while attempting to
watch TV, make sure you do not have the VIA 5.06A chipset drivers installed.
