Audio Problems Live Messenger

If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

When I try to use live messenger I can see and hear my contacts. They
however can see me but do not receive audio. Everything is ok when I use
Skype. Video and audio is poorer quality but it does work both ways.

I have reinstalled messenger but problem not resolved. Any ideas please.
