I just crossposted this to two groups and it didn't show up either place.
So here I go again!
I have an HP here with a 60 gig drive, 5 of which has been partitioned as a
restore drive, Drive D. Despite my attempts to make the pagefile go on
Drive C, it always goes on Drive D. It is causing "Drive Full" errors to
pop up randomly. There is PLENTY of room on Drive C for the pagefile. What
do I have to do to make it go there?

I have posted my screenshot(s) at

On the screenshot page:
1.  Bottom Left shows Pagefile.SYS on C: & system managed size (default)
2.  Bottom Middle shows Pagefile.SYS on D: and No Paging File

These contradict each other.  It seems:
1a.  Drive (top window) should be selected D:
2a.  Size should be selected as you wish, but not No Paging File
(pref. System Managed Size (default.))

If your PC is configured as #2, any PAGEFILE.SYS on either drive
is a nonfunctional relict of an earlier cofiguration (as its date will
confirm.)

If in your shoes I would (ensure System Restore is turned on and)
configure as #2a, then remove any Pagefile.SYS on either drive, then reboot.
